    Buying an 11 yr old Merc CLS with 95k, just a couple of months MOT, and travelling 100+Miles in which to buy untested could of potentially turned into a nightmare. A couple of faults appeared after week or so and caused me to call Exclusive. I didn't hold much hope and nearly didn't bother. Turned out Exclusive are that very rare company who strive for customer satisfaction. They picked my car up from my home, took care of the faults and at their cost. Extremely impressed with the companies customer care and the lads who work there. Highly recommended. Big thanks.

    These guys literally do not respond, period. Strangest experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. These days you would say 90% of car sales come from online searches. You fill out a form, or try and enquire and the dealership should respond. Either yes, no or they will ask for more info. I’m pretty laid back and I don’t expect a response straight away but nothing at all and it’s been 2 weeks. Its like this, they obviously buy and sell cars and from some of the reviews they must be pretty good at what they do. But they do not respond to emails, online web forms. (Yes, if its urgent customers should pick up the phone) but this is why you have web forms, and emails because as customers you give us options to contact and we might prefer this option so we can get all the information down. I even got my mate to message them and he had the same issue. Such a shame because they have some really nice cars in stock and they are probably really nice people. So disappointed...

    Waste of time

    I saw a Mercedes they had for sale on eBay and after just selling my Range Rover I had the cash to buy so I decided to find out if it was still available. I emailed them - no reply, messaged them on eBay - no reply, text them - no reply. I was about to give up but I really wanted the car so I emailed one last time asking if they could please reply to my messages. Finally, a few days after I first made contact I got an email back..."How can I help" can you help?! How do you think you can help considering your a car dealership and I've contacted you on 4 different occasions asking if the car is still available?! No hi, no information, just a very blunt email showing an absolute lack of interest. I decided to give them one last chance and replied, a day has passed and nothing again. How do you buy from this place? Anyway...forget it I'll spend my money somewhere else, why advertise a car for sale if you are not willing to tap a few keys and reply when someone shows interest?
