    I recently bough a great Subaru STI from this company and although I got there just 30 mins before closing, they were really kind and welcoming. They made my experience even more enjoyable, although getting the Scooby made me happy enough in the first place. These guys sell all the top Jap performance cars ( the place is loaded with GTRs ) and German performance cars ( M3s, M5s and AMGs ). Very pleased with the experience! Highly recommended!! *****

    Disappointed... :(

    These guys literally do not respond, period. Strangest experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. These days you would say 90% of car sales come from online searches. You fill out a form, or try and enquire and the dealership should respond. Either yes, no or they will ask for more info. I’m pretty laid back and I don’t expect a response straight away but nothing at all and it’s been 2 weeks. Its like this, they obviously buy and sell cars and from some of the reviews they must be pretty good at what they do. But they do not respond to emails, online web forms. (Yes, if its urgent customers should pick up the phone) but this is why you have web forms, and emails because as customers you give us options to contact and we might prefer this option so we can get all the information down. I even got my mate to message them and he had the same issue. Such a shame because they have some really nice cars in stock and they are probably really nice people. So disappointed...

    We try our best to reply to emails within 24 hours. However in rare occasions, errors can occur and we can miss emails. If in doubt please call or text or leave a voicemail.

    Waste of time

    I saw a Mercedes they had for sale on eBay and after just selling my Range Rover I had the cash to buy so I decided to find out if it was still available. I emailed them - no reply, messaged them on eBay - no reply, text them - no reply. I was about to give up but I really wanted the car so I emailed one last time asking if they could please reply to my messages. Finally, a few days after I first made contact I got an email back..."How can I help" can you help?! How do you think you can help considering your a car dealership and I've contacted you on 4 different occasions asking if the car is still available?! No hi, no information, just a very blunt email showing an absolute lack of interest. I decided to give them one last chance and replied, a day has passed and nothing again. How do you buy from this place? Anyway...forget it I'll spend my money somewhere else, why advertise a car for sale if you are not willing to tap a few keys and reply when someone shows interest?

Our staff member was going through a high volume of recent emails and has missed or incorrectly replied. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thanks for your interest. We do stress to customer if it's an urgent enquiry please try and call as emails can sometimes be delayed.

    Solid buying Experience! Extremely friendly

    I recently bought a Skyline R33 GTR from them and I have to say both brothers are extremely friendly sellers. It was no issue for them to take the car on a test drive with me on the first day of viewing. They have a large stock of cars and that pretty much garanties you to find exactly the car you are looking for. They were very patient with me when it came to the payment and I thank them for that. I had to wire transfer the money from Germany and that took a few days. Overall I would rate my experience as B+. It would of been an A+ if the car did not need new Coolant and new Oil right away...

    Nightmare garage!!!!

    Worst car dealer ever, please avoid at all costs. Bought a bmw 325 off them and within a month it needed a new clutch, service and coil packs done, theyre warranty is not worth paper its written on. The gearbox then went on the car and still they are refusing to fix this. I read bad reviews but took them with a pinch of salt but can honestly say i would not wish this experience on anyone genuinely the dodgiest car garage you will see ... Please domt make same mistake as me!!!

    Hi Sean we are surprised with your words. As we have covered your warranty and paid for your new clutch within 24hours of you reporting the issue. As for your recent gearbox issue, we are still waiting for you to send over sufficient paperwork relating to this matter. Or to deliver the vehicle to us for a diagnosis and repair. The best option here would be to get intouch so we can arrange collection of your vehicle for diagnosis.

    If you wish to deal with someone who is passionate about cars then you need to speak with the guys at exclusive autos ltd. I purchased a BMWZ3M from them and spent the rest of the afternoon looking through the many great cars they have to offer.
